As someone who has loved art and crafting since a young age, being in a creative field has given me the opportunity to thrive. I’ve always had a love for both digital and film photography, growing up we had a dark room in our basement and I recall sitting in there for hours watching my mom process photos. I was handed a digital camera around 3 and immediately took to it. I never initially wanted to pursue photography as a career for it’s such a competitive field and I didn’t want to resent a hobby that always brought me joy, but with the pandemic canceling a nursing program I was part of in 2020, I decided to fully switch gears.
